Anyone test drove a Jeep SRT?

How are they?
I’m pretty sure they are fun to drive, but what about reliability?

In my opinion it’s the best Suv out for the money, if your into power, performance and car seats lol. I drove the track-hawk which is just obscene in a straight line but felt for the money didn’t outperform the SRT for the price tag. The Durango SRT felt great as well, just obviously much larger and handling felt that way as well.

6.4 hemi is bulletproof if you are asking about reliability.

that would be like saying a scat pack doesn’t outperform a hellcat for the money, or is an m5 really worth 20k more than an m550, etc etc

On the street unless you use major highways the srt will be the max you use normally, now in certain passing situations and above 100 you will notice the hellcat/trackhawk just has a lot more oomph and room to go. But yes a great suv nonetheless and best bang for buck probably goes to the srt or the trackhawk.

So much wrong with your reply where to begin? Of course the M5 is worth it over the m550 for the price difference your going for power and handling over the m550 which just has the power. Unlike the Bmw’s the trackhawk and srt have completely different motors and power, same with SRT Durango over R/T. I can tell you haven’t driven any of them because no one would say get the Trackhawk or Hellcat if you want more oomph during passing hahaha.

:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

oh god… you clearly missed my point. It was pure sarcasm… yeah honestly your statements are highly indicative of your lack of knowledge on the car… look at my last statement the 6.4 hemi is bulletproof… that’s the exact motor in the srt, the trackhawk does not have a whole new engine… god where to start, it’s a destroked version of the 6.4 with a supercharger stacked on top and a few other components upgraded to handle the 707 horsepower.

it’s quite clear you absolutely have no idea what you are talking about calling the srt best bang for buck.

The trackhawk launches 0-60 in 3.5-3.7 territory, the newest srt on paper shows 4.4 but you are really looking at a 4.0/4.1 which is nominally 3-5 car lengths from a dead stop. The 392 engine keeps up very well with the hellcat up until 90-95 mph from a 40-50 roll giving the 392 the hit. Once you get above the 100 is where the hellcat really stretches its legs, it’s why cars like tesla can launch very hard but get hammered in roll racing. The real shine is when you line up the hc at 90 rolls against supercars.

The trackhawk had to have a modified transmission from the chargers and challengers for awd to handle the power and it’s not as lightning quick from experience as the other two.

I have driven them all, the 392, the hellcat, the redeye, the trackhawk and the demon. I tried to put it bluntly because most people on here don’t understand car lingo but it seems like you think you are some kind of expert on Srt when it’s very obvious you have no clue what you’re talking about based on the fact that you called an srt better for the money than a trackhawk.

What are you gonna do strap a procharger on a 392 and watch the tranny blow? just to keep up with the trackhawk?

Enough bench racing for today.

Why don’t the OPs of these threads just google reviews of these cars? You don’t think anyone has written about them before?
