Anyone lease the Nissan and the last couple weeks?

Since their software got hacked, no dealerships I have called are able to work with me, it has led me to some good shopping in potential better deals. Their dealer track isn’t working, nor their lease calculator. Has anybody had any success? I imagine this is nationwide?

Why are they unable to work with you?

15,000 dealerships are affected. They are resorting to doing paperwork old school. Cdk is down. This is what they use for all their contracts and lease calculations. They are struggling and aren’t even attempting leases.

Plenty of dealerships are making it work just fine. It’s a pain, but they’re not just stopping business.

Quotes take a LOT of manual work from them now but they do welcome serious business. If you do not seem committed enough they might brush you off. I noticed most are not jumping into “let me crunch the numbers for you”, unless they are quoting something like $700 on an Ariya.

I grounded a lease at a Nissan dealership today and they didn’t even bother to ask me if I wanted to lease another one.

Usually when I inquire on a car about a lease I get bombarded with calls and emails. Now I have to call them. Asked about a lease and they’re all taking forever with a quote or just a straight up quote without them inputting any incentives

So this sounds like a great opportunity for someone who knows how the numbers work to make a great offer on the inventory they can’t seem to move right now. Put together a great deal using the lease calculator here and send it to them. Might be able to get an Ariya for $150 a month if they are desperate.

I have made an offer to one dealer out of my home state but haven’t heard back. That same dealer quoted me $627 for an 18m lease for an ariya. I asked about the incentives and they weren’t able to look up CA lease incentives telling me that whatever there is, I’d have to do it on my end which makes no sense.

I have a lease that I need grounded by 8/5….put out 2 requests for new lease & haven’t heard back from either…

It is unbelievable how dependent these dealers and salespeople have become on software they know nothing about. A few minutes on Leasehackr or Edmunds and they could have all the information they need to create a deal.
