CA based broker, why bother if you’re in PA, there’s a huge market in New York and you’d save the 1600-2400 in shipping.

On the flip side, there are quite a few reputable brokers on this forum.
And why come here and ask about some broker when we have tons of them with reviews?
Oh for sure just more of curiosity on my end as the internet is flooded with sites like this and he claimed tons of positive reviews.
I searched the reviews forum here prior to posting and didn’t see anything. I got cold called and I’m in the market now for a new lease so figured I’d ask.
