I know that this is a lease site. But im looking at an Explorer ST and we all know the leases are crap on the. They keep pitching the Ford Flex Buy to me. It appears decent and since im putting a good amount down im probably pretty good at 3 years out. Just seeing if anyone knows more that they arent telling me.

More than likely you will be upside down after year 3 and cant sell the car for anything near your loan amount
That is what i was afraid of. But ill have 5100 equity to give on trade plus a 1k PCO and cash. Just was hopping i would be able to break even at 3 years. so I could trade it away if i want. Not wanting to put that much down on a lease that would go away if i totaled it 2 days after getting it. Hope that makes sense.
