Anyone else have wagoneer s issues?

Had a bunch of issues. Been in the shop over 20 days thus far on three repairs. Jeep wants to discuss compensation but refusing proactive buyback. Wondering if anyone in similar position and what if any benefit there might be to not pursue lemon’ing it.

Get a lawyer.

Yep, you need a lawyer.

Understand the Lemon Laws in your state but it’s in Jeep’s best interest to sling you a few hundred dollars and a free service vs. buying back your vehicle at sale price, eating all of the associated costs and then trying to re-sell it as a lemon.

If you become eligible for a lemon-law buyback then get a lawyer.

Before you get a lawyer, hear them out. You can retain counsel at any time. There’s been reports of people who complained about Charger Daytonas getting the entire lease essentially comped. Worst case, you don’t like the offer and you get the lemon lawyer to go after them.

It’s worth talking to them at least. When I complained about the 4xe charging recall they paid for every single lease payment on my Grand Cherokee until a fix was available. Got a free Jeep for 6 months that wasn’t even really giving me any issues.
