Looking to lease a 2018 Honda CRV EX or 2018 Toyota Rav4 XLE AWD.
trying to find competitive lease deals for both (24/10K a year or 36/12K a year)

CR-V leases atrociously so I wouldn’t even bother looking at it. Deals have been had in the past on the RAV4 so I’d look at those. Might want to look at dealers in SoCal or NorCal

Get a quote from CA dealer and try to approach WA dealer but be ready to deal with CA and just pay shipping - it may end up cheaper. WA dealer are not good to deal with. Especially on AWD - you will definitely get a better deal in So CA. I was able to lease ILX and Encore in WA by providing CA quotes. I think I did pretty good. Good luck.

Quick search online and looks like Toyota of Olympia has one XLE with a 14% discount.Reach out to them.

Also just remembered that I was helping a friend out to find a deal on CX-5 and the best offer was from Mazda of Olympia.
Maybe they have good discounts in Olympia

Yeah so far not seeing anything that stands out as a great lease deal on the CRV , RAV4 or the Mazda CX-5 here… sigh.
