The moment you can find one - I see 183 in the US. There have never been deals on them, as discussed earlier today:
Historically it has been Feb 30 or 31.
Or just before they launch a new model . Returning my 2019 X6 loaner lease ( msrp around 73k) with monthly payment of $469 ( taxes and fees down ). Two year lease seemed like a great idea at the time , $10-15 less per month. With the current shortage , not as much … going to extend for the allowed 2 months , looking into selling the car to vroom / Carvana . Only have 14k miles on it .
Wow that is great payment. Please give me your brokers number haha
Make sure he has a time machine too
Saying this for your own good. If you know this little about leasing you are probably going to get destroyed in the finance office.
Don’t be like the guy who was so embarrassed about what happened in there that he couldn’t even own it (“my wife signed everything while I was in the restroom!”).
There are two choices for everyone starting off, including all the regulars here who started off in the same position at some point:
A. Educate yourself with all the helpful content here starting with all the articles in the Leasing 101 section (Blog | LEASEHACKR), and then have an educated discussion about how to make a decent deal better, if possible.
B. Refuse to spend 30-60 minutes on Choice A above and thus remain uneducated about leasing and get taken advantage of every 2-3 years for the rest of one’s life.

/sarcasm, current market conditions mean you probably cannot get such a deal
Haha, no broker , just a great combination of lease cash , loaner , new model coming out, end of quarter etc . But yeah , not going to be able to replicate anything remotely close now . If I had that time machine I would go back and sign a 36 month lease instead of 24…
It was much higher! 54% for 12k vs. 52% now. The MF was also lower at 0.00082, and lease-to-lease helped too!
There goes my plug, saving the day with the numbers.
I never looked into leasing the X6 prior to my first one so I did not have historical data to compare. Even if I did, I won’t beat myself up if the RV was 60% 2 years ago and it was discounted 20%. I was focused on the current market conditions and how the car stacked up against the competitors.
Plus, you got the newer body style and you got it before all the parts shortages hit. I just clicked on your build link, and a bunch of things are unavailable!
