Any thoughts about the deal for leasing a 2017 Lexus RX350?

putting 6 MSD’s down: money factor down to 0.00007

Payment at delivery: only MSD’s, not even first month payment

Monthly payment: $550/month (including taxes)

I am actually getting the same deal from 2 different dealerships. Both of them tell me that they are loosing money on this deal, but they will do it as it end of the month.

Any thoughts about the deal would be highly appreciated?
