Any reason I can edit tittles in Off Rump lol!?

I was reading a post in offramp and noticed I can edit titles.

is that a bug or feature?

For the record, I did not change the title to rump. But I lie.
(btw, always had this ability, so I assumed I was secretly a Trusted Hacker, but only I knew it.)
