Any deals or brokers for Range Rovers?

I’m looking at financing a Range Rover Sport, has anyone been able to get deals on them? I see that a good amount of these are piling up in the lot, but they’re usually specced with 23" wheels which I despise. Are people getting any % off MSRP for custom orders and/or for cars on the lot?

Alternatively, are there any brokers that work with LR who can deal out of state?
