I have a vehicle I’m targeting for a lease deal and certain VINs that made the short list happen to be at dealership someone in my immediate family is a repeat customer at. They coincidentally are in the market to for 2 vehicles, and has the idea that “3 vehicles could be tempting to get great deals”. I’m wondering if there’s any benefit in tying myself up with them or if I should proceed independently? I’m not married to this dealer and anticipate needing to contact multiple to get to my terms.
it depends. Dealers obviously would be more aggressive to get your business. But if you are looking for 3x unicorns it’s harder not easier to get.
