Another newbie looking for a CX-5 Preferred

Hi! I’m trying to get a decent SUV and a very good deal. I think CX-5 will be fine, and found these 2 options:

I also found an offer in the deals in leaserhackr, but seems a little higher than that one? I need to buy within the next 2 weeks.
Any help will be highly appreciated!
Thanks!

There’s only 1 link.

How do these deals compare to recent ones posted in Signed?

This isn’t a hack though. You’re at $435 effective for a car where the selling price is $29,xxx.

Over two leases you’d spend more than the selling price of the car and still have no equity.

A hackable lease is one cheap enough that even consecutive leases cost less than the net cost of owning the car.

I’m pretty sure the anti-lease crowd will pop up out of the woodwork and try to talk you out of leasing this car.

If your plan is to keep rolling cars ever 3 years to have a fresh car and new-vehicle warranty, then you’re going to be spending a hefty amount. If you are ok driving used cars (3 to 6 years old) then leasing may make less sense than just buying outright and driving the unit for 6 years.

Or, you can find a 3 year old used CX-5 and drive that on a used car loan.

The LH pre-negotiated deal and your broker quoted deal are good transactions as leases go on this class of vehicle. If you definitely will roll this car in 3 years into a new car, then you should be leasing. If you are ok owning for at least 6 years, then financing makes more sense.

@robrobrob , this is the concept I was telling you about, where even a LH PND is often derided on this forum because the deal isn’t good enough. But if your plan is to keep cycling fresh new cars every 3 years, the PND’s are pretty good.

This is CX90 Premium Plus money. OP – as others have mentioned, if this is the only car you want, purchase it. Otherwise, consider something that is leasing a bit better.

Thank you so much! The pre-negotiated car in the leaserhackr CX-5 versus the one in auto ninja seem similar, would be any benefit or less hassle if I go with the pre-negotiated one in leaserhackr? Sorry for the basic questions, this is my first car and first lease. I do plan to roll it into a new one in 2 to 3 years that’s why I believe leasing is the best route.

Thanks! Sorry for the basic question, to get a “hackable” option the best avenue would be checking the signed ones and try to contact same dealer to replicate the deal?

Choose a hackable vehicle.
Configure the calculator for your own eligibility of contingent rebates, taxes, etc.
Make offers to multiple dealers.

Chances that same dealer is desperate again? Low

I’m pretty sure the LH brokers paying for placements in the PND section are also active in the LH Marketplace forum.

I am looking for one too, in NJ though…I was also wondering the best route and if that pre negotiated deal was good or not…
