360 Auto Consulting LLC was founded in 2020 and my name is Ankit Desai. I have been a longtime hackr, and now I am able to get you some good deals for BMW brand of vehicles.
I work with multiple dealerships and have good inventory. However if there is something specific you like, I can try to either swap, locate or hold incoming inventory for you. For the swaps, you would have to put a retainer of $100. If I cannot find anything within the next 10 days, then I will refund you the retainer.
The cars will be located either in NJ, NY, PA or CT. Pickup (free)/Delivery (chargeable based on distance) and no remote paperwork. Credit app can be submitted and BMW programs can be locked for 60 days* (*some exclusions apply). Credit app and a deposit will be collected for custom builds, once we agree on the pricing. All deals are listed based on Tier 1 credit with BMW.
The process will be once I find you the car which you like, I will send you a LH calculator. Once we agree to those numbers, I verify with the dealer if the car is available and the numbers. I will collect my broker fee at this point through Zelle. After that a credit application has to be submitted on the dealer website. Once that is approved, we schedule the final step of picking up the vehicle. In case credit comes back negative, I will refund half the broker fee. If the whole deal is done and you do not go to pickup the vehicle, I will not refund any fee since I did my work already. However I will gladly use it on any other deal which you or your family/friends do with me.

My BMW dealer wants to move some remaining iX’s at 11.50 % off and buy rate money factor.
Conquest for $ 1000 is already included in the calculator for having another EV in the same household. If you do not have conquest change the incentives to $ 9900.
This does not included tax (if any) or the NJ EV registration surcharge. Get it now before NJ starts taxing EV’s beginning October 1st.
Tier 1 credit required for these deals and no shipping or remote signing. Has to be picked up in the tri-state area by Monday - no exceptions. Please be flexible with timing as it is the last day of the month.

One of my dealers just called and said they can do the iX at 11 % discount and buy rate money factor. The sales tax on EV’s go into effect on October 1st for NJ. But as long as the contract is signed and dated today, the iX will still be tax exempt. You do not need to go to the dealership today. Does not change anything for any of the other states. The vehicle has to be picked up no later than Wednesday. Dealer will send a DocuSign link to complete the paperwork. The vehicle has to be added to insurance, and all payments will have to be completed TODAY itself.
$ 199 special broker fee on the iX - last day today
Here is the cheapest one which I got starting at $ 694 plus taxes, fees and MSD’s. It includes conquest of $ 1000 for having another brand of EV in the household. If you do not have it lower incentives to $ 9900. This also does not include the added EV registration fee for NJ.

Friendly advice so you don’t run into an issue down the line with your customer: You can’t do 7 MSD’s on the iX’s buy-rate money factor, the interest would go below 0%, the max is 3 (or 4, I forget), but definitely not 7.
See this is the type of broker you want, dude isn’t gonna make a penny from this ad but to save a random customers time and effort is fixing the brokers mistake
Hey @IAC_Scott. My bad. Sorry. Used another calculator from a different BMW and that had the 7 MSD’s. I believe the old rule was MF cannot go below .00005. But they changed it recently and they go down to 4 MSD’s now. But just to be on the safe side will leave it at 3. Appreciate the feedback. Thank you.
4 would technically put you below .00005, I’ve also heard of an issue where anything past 3 has to be papered, not signed electronically, either way, just lookin’ out for ya! Great discount!
