I’m in the market to lease C43 or C63 Coupe and hoping to get a sizable discount due to new 2019 C-class coming up within a month or so and Sep being a good month for good deals. Can anybody provide residuals for all three models: c43, c63, c63S with 12/36 miles? MF based on my research is 0.00084 but correct me if I’m wrong.
I’m in Nor Cal and am shopping nationwide, 94107.
I got some quotes already, with some dealers being aggressive from the start.
That is probably not going to happen but I hope it works out for you. I ended up deciding on another car because I couldn’t find any great deals on the coupe.
Even with the model update you’ll still get an M4 for less than a C63 Coupe as I think the residual is 57% vs 54%. The spec makes a big difference though as a stripped M4 will be way cheaper especially if you’re happy with a manual. The C63S is even worse to lease. You’d also get a better deal on the Giulia Quadrifoglios if you’re ok with 4 doors.
Used pricing is quite good for the sedans but the coupes are rarer so it keeps them higher.
C43 Coupes have the same issue where the scarcity keeps the prices up. You’ll likely pay $2k more per year to lease the coupe variant of any of the C43/63/S.
I’m not in the market for M3/M4. I drove them and found them to be too jerky for the city. Don’t want a manual on my next car either. Thanks for your thoughts.
I was able to get a 12% discount on C43 Coupe using United Mileage rebate of $1000 on top of dealer savings. This means right now dealers are willing to let go them for much less.
RV is 52%, low and MF is 0.00084 so payments are not the best but I like the car.
I don’t like any of Beamers so am not even comparing this and I had Audi S4 in the past and didn’t find them to be better this time.
That sounds like a good discount. Do you know how long the vehicle had been on the lot (via cargurus.com)? Were you getting similar numbers from a number of dealers or was this the black swan deal? Useful for others to know when following your lead.
