AM I doing this right?

I done a lot reading on this forum as well as its uTube channel videos.
Took the advice about emailing Sales Managers.
So far, all responses except one are the typical “My Name is so and so”, why don’t you come on in to look at the vehicle and let us explain the lease options.
I then reply with “already seen and drove the vehicle”, please provide me with your best lease offer.
It’s usually crickets, except for one Mercedes Benz Dealership I was already talking to via email and phone before I looked into leasing.
That salesman and his manager have exchanged quite a few emails with me.
So far I was able to get the M/F lowered from a APR equivalent of 9% down to 7%, but I can get that lower with financing from my credit union 5.71%, but that was 2 days before the latest Fed Rate hike.
If you look at the Deal Check I posted, these are the numbers and format they have sent me twice.
So far I have done what one of the better forum members suggested and that was just tell them what you r looking for in MSRP, Monthly Payment and DAS.
Although, I did ask outright for the MF and they told me the values cited above which I converted to APR.
