All of my leases have a clause in them that essentially say “if we come to an agreement that we’re both satisfied with,

And I went looking for this clause so I could agree with you. This is what I found and remember.
If I could find that clause you quoted, it could change the entire way we look at selling the lease.

I’ll see if I can find a copy of my leases to find the exact verbiage. I recall them having a lease modification section that outlines changes being allowed with agreement from both parties.
