For a Stelvio, 4C, or Giulia lease whose tier is below S Tier, increase the rate: A Tier +0.50%, B Tier +1.44%, C Tier +3.82%, D Tier +8.40%

A to B FICO 8 is 700.
S is like a tier 1+
