Fellow leasing experts, Please see lease terms below and rate as good, so-so or bad deal! Any advise will be appreciated as I am a noob at negotiating leases. TIA.
2019 new Giulia (I assume it’s a base), only 1st payment down, 12k per year the payment is $328, zero lease disposition fee at the end, for 24 months. Asked for lease details and received the following via email:
Here is the breakdown for the lease with only 1st payment and 12k per year at 328 mo.
MSRP $42790
Sales price with all discounts and rebates $31236
Residual value $24818.20
rate .2% (Ally Financial uses an actual rate instead of a money factor)
24 mo
$341.70 sales tax
$350 acquisition fee
$699 doc fee
$58 tag fee
adjusted cap cost $32343.30
$328 due at signing, $328 mo.
Below is a screenshot of the email blast with lists it at $279, with 10k miles and $995 down, which includes the 1st month payment. Reducing the down payment to 1st month only and increasing the miles to 12k per year, increases the monthly payment from $279 to $328.
If you bring us an offer from the dealership (with RV, MF, any dealer add-ons, etc.) we can help you.
Usually, these advertisements are just ways to get you into the door (or for the Hackrs, call/email). You should all of the numbers on this car from the dealer and add it to this thread. Then we can do a lot better in finding what needs to be done.
Also, please update the title to something like: Alfa Romeo Giulia Lease, Year, Trim, and maybe Region, etc.
That’s why @Haresh_Melwani should call and get the numbers from the dealer. These advertisements almost never give all of the information. Usually it is just a lot of disclamers and the amount due at signing.
@chrishs2000 I don’t know all the details of the rebates, but I do know the rebates include a $1k FCA Owner Loyalty rebate. To quality you must own certain makes.
People who want an “endless money pit.” (Pretty sure Scotty has a trademark on that by now).
But that’s why we lease them!
It’s probably far-fetched, but I hope that @Haresh_Melwani can get this thing for under $300. That would probably be close to a unicorn as any deal so far.
