So my local Alfa / Maserati dealer sent me this email hoping to get me into an Alfa or Maserati - do they really want my leased car that badly or is this a scam ?
The fine print says:
Based on KBB fair market value. $0.30 per mile on appraised vehicle. Does not include smog, safety or processing fees. See sales person for more details.
It is always a scam. 120% off a low ball offer is still low ball.
very common ad. It is BS because they are deducting 30 cents a mile PLUS a vague “processing fee” AND they use a low condition.
Very old trick. They will never give anything close to KBB’s value, let alone 120%.
Local Jeep dealer did that. They didn’t offer anything even close to KBB let alone over KBB.
On my Beamer I think KBB was 46-48 and they offered 38k lol
