Hi Hackers!

Working on a lease deal for a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit 4x4 and hitting a hard spot with negotiations.

MSRP: 72,415
Sale: 68,000
Incentives: 2,000 (big finish & something else)
MF: .00178
Residual: 56%
Due at Signing: 3,500
Payment: $886 (including taxes) for 39 months

They wouldn’t budge on pricing anymore and this doesn’t seem like a great deal. I’m hoping to get my payments under $800.

For sure! It’s not the best of terms.

There should be deals in the last couple of days before the end of the month. Under $800/month with only 1st month payment at due as signing is doable! Check the marketplace and brokers @Clutch and @Jeff_BeachCitiesAuto but you may have to get it out of state.
