What’s the out the door down upfront payments for this deal btw?
And what’s your tax rate?

1st pay due at signing and no other fees.
DE - has no sales tax but they charge 4.25% as documentation fee for registration.

Experts! Please let me know I told them I would stop by tomorrow to sign the lease. Just wanted to double confirm since it is a type S and DE charges 4.25% as documentation fee and has no sales tax.

I think that’s a solid number! Thanks for posting I might ask my local dealer to match it!

A lot of 400-500 + tax deals I came across are the base A-Spec. With mileage 27/7500 and 5-6k down payment

I ran the numbers on Edmonds and in here but I still get a lower number somewhere less than $530. so not sure where that $20 difference is.

How are you getting to $20650 in rebates in CA or any other state? LH Calc does not show it lining up like that. Thx!

AFS Lease cash: $7500
AFS lease cash - DE: $1650
Clean Vehicle lease credit: $7500
Conquest: $4000 (2016 Honda)

Total: $20,650

Can you please tell me the residual for 27/36 months 12k & 10k miles and the Money Factor?

Ratefindr shows the customer facing incentives ($7500 ev + $4k conquest/loyalty). It doesn’t show the dealer facing incentives.

Yes, this is a fantastic deal

This is a very strong deal

Why the rush?

I’m going to preface by saying that we have not seen too many deals on this car posted.

You are getting over 13% off MSRP. Was this the dealer"s first offer or did it take some back and forth?

At the end of the day, if you like the car and this is the best you’ve gotten after contacting multiple dealers then go for it.

why the rush bcoz they just have 2 cars left and this is one of them and the offer stands only for the end of this week.
Yes 13% on 2024 model at this time looked solid to me as well. so a total of $30k discount looked very good.

It’s a very very strong deal.

I’d be down there tonight.

does the payment look good to you? I get somewhere like $520-550 as against $550-560 they gave. anyways will have that clarified with the sales manager tomorrow.

@Shkkaleem786: please keep all your posts about the same topic in one consolidated thread. Thanks.

Post your calculator so we can see how youre getting there.

Could have a marked up mf, but even with one, it’d be worth it.
