Gone on to Edumnds to find out RV, LRF, etc and entered into calculator. Current lease specials offered by dealers beats calculator targeted price. I’m a newbie - am I doing something wrong. Thanks hackers!
Numbers/calculator link would help…
Well, the offer currently matches the calculator to the penny…
Yes. You are doing something wrong.
I’m obviously doing something wrong - my first time using calculator. Current lease deal on Base Acrua RDX : $369 for 36 months, $2799 due at signing. For current owners of stated cars.
I plugged in MSRP of $39,225, 36/10 61% Residual, MR .00100, Down $2799, total incentives of $2500,and fees, taxes, rebate of $595/$85/$400 and get pretax payment of $354.
Here’s the calculator outcome:
Pre-tax Monthly Payment: $354
Monthly Payment with Tax: $385
Drive-Off: $4,154
- First Month Payment: $385
- Down Payment: $2,799
- Upfront Fees: $485
- Upfront Taxes: $485
Disposition
Fee : $0
Total Lease
Cost : $17,243
Leasehackr
Score : 7.4 years
I don’t know what the selling price is, so used selling price=MSRP
Two questions:
Can you figure out what I did wrong (again I’m a newbie)
and - will acura negotiate on the advertised $369 lease rate?
Thanks experts for helping me through this
That sounds an awful lot like a manufacturer advertised deal, which basically never includes everything.
Do you have an actual lease offer from the dealer?
