Acura RDX - AWD - Tech package

The only other local Acura dealer said “in a word no. We would be at $392”.

$392 with zero down? That’s a decent improvement over $417.

Talk the vehicle sales price with these guys, you have all the numbers to do the lease calcs on your own

No. The $392 was still with $2500 down. Same terms but $50 more a month.

Interested in your thoughts RDX versus CRV. RDX obviously a bit more luxurious and a lot more power. But it rides on old platform and doesn’t have car play or Android auto but has a CD player, lot of good that does.

CR-V is having a fuel dilution in the oil problem. Long thread on crvownersclub.com about it. Stop-sale in China of all Honda’s with the 1.5T motor. Of course, with a lease, long-term consequences of this issue may be minimal or irrelevant, although I would say it’s too early to tell until Honda explains what is going on. I considered both and the RDX is a much nicer ride, vehicle is a lot tighter, the motor/trans combo they have is great, and it is a really comfortable ride (all of these more so than the CR-V). Yes, the tech in the vehicle is super dated. All of this is my opinion, of course, except for the tech part - that just is what it is. I couldn’t get any dealers to bite back in March for what I was willing to pay for the RDX (they only wanted to discount according to the Acura dealer lease cash), and since I’m not in a hurry to get in to something new, I let it slide to the back burner for now.

My mom has a 2016 rdx advance. Top trim. It’s powerful. It’s quiet. It suffers a bit from transmission lurch but I read that’s common. It’s a nicely rounded car and deals are out there since it’s an outgoing model.

We have a crv ex loaner right now because my wife’s elite odyssey is in for warranty work.

The cvt tranny is noisy. It’s not as powerful obviously but I think it pulls nicely (I have a hemi ram so I don’t say that part lightly). The tech is nice. Her and I agree it’s just… meh. It does everything perfectly well and gets incredible gas mileage. But it’s just… meh.

After days of back and forth email, I can only get the Honda dealer to do $2500 drive off and $425 a month on the touring trim. I like the looks of the Honda better but those terms are a $50k lease, basically.

Just a data point from the Seattle area, a friend closed this deal yesterday which was about $1500 less than any other dealer.

Was for a 2018 Acura RDX with AcuraWatch. $1500 due at signing (First month, doc fee, tabs, tax on rebates) and $399/month including tax at 10.3%, 36 months, 10k miles per year.

Certainly not the discounts we’ve been seeing here from others, but better than anything else we saw.

Long Island NY the deal I just got 2018 RDX Acura watch plus 0 down 399 a month including tax 36 months 10000 miles is that decent?

Same deal I got here in Seattle for a friend. That was with drive offs (first month, tabs, doc fee) and 10.3% tax on payment.

Not really Im only paying first month and registration

My point was it seemed like a decent deal, but I’m not sure what your market is like. I’ve seen folks here getting tech and advance for what we are paying elsewhere in the country. Wasn’t a dig…was just an observation…

I just got the car for 5$ extra they throw in remote start and all weather mats
