Acura RDX 2019 all wheel drive with Tech package - One pay lease

Is this a good?

One pay Lease Deal on 2019 Acura RDX All Wheel Drive with Technology package:

MSRP: $43,595
Discount: $6,131
My Price: $37,464
Money Factor: $ 0.0017
Residual: 57% for 10,000 miles per year for 36 months
Residual Value: $24,849.15
Final One Pay Lease Amount: $19,292.32
Final price is inclusive of all fees taxes doc fees etc.

Also, is there any downside to One Pay Lease?
Dealer says they have more discounts for lease even though I was planning to buy in all cash.
They do not decrease the price off MSRP by much if I pay in full cash, the discount is only $2,000
Do you think it’s a better idea to do a one pay lease or buy this car outright in cash?
Thanks !

Can you please elaborate on why it’s a bad deal? I’ve never leased a car I appreciate your feedback.

What incentives do you qualify for and is that the base mf? Personally I would always negotiate the deal as zero das and then compare how much a one pay saves you. Usually only worth it on cars with huge incentives.

They only have 1 incentive - which I do not quality for.

I see, the dealer told me over the phone one pay lease saves about $1,500.
Because I have a fixed income thru alimony payments, and no work based income, dealer advised I was declined to a regular lease. But I told him I have the money in cash so the only thing I can qualify for is one pay lease (if I would like to lease). That’s why the MF might be a little higher? I asked for a lower MF, but he’s not sure if I’ll get approved because my spousal support is ending in a couple of months. I will only have child support payments.
I’m not sure If I should lease now? Because If I purchase it outright I’ll be saving a couple thousand dollars.

what do you mean by das? down payment?

DAS = “due at signing”

Not to overstep, but you have no job and your income is about to decrease. This is not a great time to be acquiring a brand new luxury car and whoever you are speaking to at Acura is not steering you in a good direction.

Buy a quality, certified pre-owned car like a honda CRV for $20k that you can drive for years. or even a 2016 or 2017 RDX for a bit more if you must have it. I don’t think leasing would suit you well in this situation.
