Hello guys today I closed a lease deal first time ever for a acura mdx tech 2018 awd. 36/15K this was for my brother in law.
$0 money down
$1st month payment of 569.23 + DMV total came to almost $900
Next 35 months payment will be at $569.23 please guys tell me how I did I think i did horrible.
depreciation on 15k is probably what made it so bad. what was it on 12k? I remember leasing Acura at 12k with residual at 62% a few years ago.
It was residual 56%. All I want to know is if I got a good deal.
What’s the MSRP and the selling price? Also what incentives did they apply? MF?
Msrp $51750 I believe the selling price was $44972 i dont know how much incentives they gave me. Residual was 56% depreciation $18,453
Doesn’t meet the 1% rule but there have been much worse deals. Some lady on reddit is paying $500 a month for a Camry so you didn’t do absolutely awful.
I think it’s fine, MDXs lease pretty terrible in general. Deal was already signed, so just let your brother in law enjoy the car.
Did you get ripped off? No. But no one gets a smoking deal on an MDX.
