I have thought about the MDX too, for the Safety features. I would not get a Highlander because you cannot get HID or LED headlamps, which I think are needed for dark roads.
My starting place is the safety states, since like many on this site, I think a car is a tool or an appliance. I just want the safest ladder. For the best price.
Any ideas on a large car or medium size (MDX), Lexus RX with max safety, like Lane Departure, Front Collision Autobrake, etc., that makes the Insurance Institutes Top Safety Picks AND is cheap now this month?
On this lease site I see people talking about “great monthly” rates AND great deals overall. But, I would NEVER acquire the Fiat on the top of the leasehackr list, except to drive around the golf course!
I have mountain roads, big trucks, and black ice and ever present fog.
Meant Safety Stats, not States !! Those top safety contenders, that are of a certain size … or maybe the zero death vehicles are a place to start looking for transportation.
In NYC, looking for best deal on 2016 Acura MDX SH-AWD, base model, no additional packages. One quote was 1000 down, 500/month, 36 mo lease 15K miles/year. Is that good? What’s residual value and money factor these days? Thanks.
