And would like some advice before I pull the trigger. We have a 2017 XC90 T6 Momentum that we’re running out of miles on (due back in February) so will take advantage of the “pull ahead program.” I really like the 6 seater with second row captain chairs for easy 3rd row access. Don’t need any of the packages so the dealer quoted me $653/month at first but have gone down to $600/month, $12,000 miles/year, 36 months, $3500 due at signing. Denim blue exterior, blonde interior. I can’t remember the exact MSRP but believe it is around $61,000 or so. Volvo’s November offer is first month payment covered. I have put $500 deposit but haven’t signed yet and would like some opinions. Thank you!
I think you can do better
I definitely need a 2020 though for the 6 seat configuration so I’m not sure how much lower the dealers are willing to go on this new model. Originally wanted the Inscription but all the dealers were quoting ~$750/month!
Are captains seats really worth $130 a month to you? That’s almost $4700 over the lease. Is it a Volvo sponsored pull ahead or a dealer sponsored ?
Volvo has 6 months pull ahead on XC90
I believe pull ahead it’s a Volvo financial services program and it is 9 months, not 6?
Spent some time reading other Volvo deals for 2019 inscription and R-design on here so I can tell I’m not getting a great deal if I am being picky about the new 2020 configuration … but this is one thing I was looking for as my family is growing and having to climb to third row is annoying.
Depends on which model Volvo you’re pulling ahead.
It is 6 months on XC
The advice would be: OP has until February. This doesn’t look like a good deal. Tell them what you think is and keep shopping. Cast a wider net, see if programs are better next month (Volvo Has in the past done “ will make three payments”) But you never know.
If you’re done shopping just sign. The deal stinks.
I think I have found a better deal but not a 6 seater. 2019 T6 Inscription $3000 das, $553/month, 12k miles, 36 months. But I wouldn’t have the blonde interior that is so Scandi… oh well.
What is the MSRP…
$65,680. Sorry I meant $569/month.
