Ok, so I just went to look at a Honda Accord sport and the place where I am buying is a “No Haggle Shop” but they do seem to have a good price according to True Car. Its going to end up being about $306/month which includes all taxes and fees with $500 down (using the tuition credit for down payment). This is for a 36 month lease with 12k miles per year.
Below is the quote I got. The only thing not in the quote below is the $500 tuition credit with is being used as the down payment. Is this a pretty good lease or should I be able to do better? The only thing I am wondering about is the Proc/Doc and Accessories fee, is that something that I should ask them to waive? I feel like I should be able to get them down to $270-$280/month My zip code is 06450
At least 1200 too high on the price and they are hiking up your payment as well.
At a price of say - $21,400, MF of .0038 and residual 57% on s 36/12 lease, I get approx 220 a month plus tax if your credit is tier one with Honda

Yup, I have a high credit score so I should be a high tier. $21,400 seems a little low but maybe it depends on location? Based on True Car (if they are accurate) an “exceptional price” is $22,334 and this is a Sport without Honda-Sensing package. Either way I feel like the price should be around $270/month according to the leasing calculator on here.
According to their site, Weymouth Honda is doing $229/month (before tax) and $0 down (+ first month’s payment, registration, and doc fee) on 2016 Accord Sport 36/12K lease. Looks like you have some room. I like using Weymouth as a reference as their prices tend to be excellent to begin with.

So after getting quotes at 4 other dealers I found a much better deal. The fees at Liberty Honda (first dealer I went to) were way to much and they wouldn’t budge after I asked as they are a “no haggle dealership”. I went over to Brandfon Honda in Brandford, CT and they gave me a great deal right off the bat, didn’t even have to haggle. They had a 2016 Honda Accord Sport with Honda Sensing (26,900 MSRP) for $280/month (incl. taxes) after first months payment, dealer fees, reg fees etc. $500 out of my pocket after Grad incentive. My towns taxes are what really kill the monthly payment or it would have been much cheaper than that.
