Tundra leases are good. If buying I offer extended warranties at cost plus $75 which is pretty insane. Most dealers wouldn’t even do the paperwork on a warranty to make $75.
Toyota is backing their product and replacing engines so I wouldn’t be too worried about it but a warranty that’s priced well is always smart if you’re going to keep it a long time. I think a lot of the bad press is just rival competition, literally every truck has bad press it seems right now regardless if it’s a turbo (ford/toyota) or the 6.2 GM motor. Ram depreciates like crazy so unless you live their design I wouldn’t go with them either.
