'25 Cayenne S E Hybrid paid cash 11% off

Since Porsche new lease MF is…high, decided to just buy it instead.

Wanted to make a little different post with more tips and acknowledgements of fellow members, but first, the #s

This was a lease-to-buy so here’s the lease numbers:
MSRP $135,685 on a custom order
7% discount on the order
DAS $9,450 incl $699 acquisition fee (waived PFS acquisition fee)
$1,573/mo for 39m/10k
– includes $7500 EV credit

As a purchase:
$9,450 DAS
+$110,880 buyout
== $120,330 purchase price + tax
– I haven’t gotten the title yet from PFS to re-register the car and pay the MA sales tax.

Dealer threw in the all-weather mats too…

Acknowledgements
@IAC_Scott - after chewing his ear off over email for months earlier this year while I was figuring out what I actually wanted, in the end advised me to just take the deal in hand from this dealer - much respect, would definitely work with him if I do wind up getting another car (though plan is to keep this Cayenne for a while)

@Kief - as the creator of the OG Unicorn Taycan (which actually was done at a dealer less than 1hr away from the one for this Cayenne), felt some sense of encouragement to push harder on this deal / expanding the art of the possible.

@perdana - similar as above, a little extra push on the deal never hurt…

Tips
Shipping - Used Dispatch Ray - would recommend

MA process - I now understand why some dealers don’t want to do MA deals…that said, it was not too too painful going myself to RMV (spent about 45 minutes there + time on the front end coordinating the forms between my insurance company and the dealer) + ~$100 to send my plates overnight to the dealer. Just make sure all your docs are in order before you go…
