‘22 Nissan LEAF S ($159/Mon, $160 DAS) - Effectively $109/Mon

Was lucky enough to jump on the LEAF deal last minute. I think I did well given the current market but please feel free to critique the deal!

Year, Make, Model, and Trim: ‘22 Nissan LEAF S
MSRP: $28,895

Sale Price: $30,396
(I probably could’ve talked them down a bit but the whole thing happened so fast and they kept saying there were 5 other people calling about it, but then again what dealer doesn’t say that… lol)

Monthly Payment: $159.02 (Effectively $109 once I apply for the $893 TX EV Credit)

DAS: $160.00

Months: 18
Annual Mileage: 10k/yr
MF: 0.00022 (I think… dealer never confirmed but numbers on the calculator checkout)

Incentives: $2,600 ($2,100 Lease Cash + $500 Recent Grad)

Residual: 91% (aka virtually 0% chance of any positive equity at end of lease lol)

Region: North Texas

Leasehackr Score: 20 Years

anyone know if I can replicate any sort of deal like this in California? any brokers out there can assist

No brokers will do this for you, but if you put in the work you might find a dealer willing to play ball

Yeah not happening. I’ve reached out to a dozen dealers. All want 3-5k above MSRP

Impossible as CA doesn’t have a 2600 EV credit, it appears TX does.

CA has their own EV credits that may or may not be more, but the $2,600 applied to my deal are both rebates from Nissan ($2,100 lease cash region specific and $500 for Recent College Grad).

The TX EV credit is normally $2,500 for a 3 year lease but since this is a 18M lease I’ll only receive $893 in the next month or so.

no go, no one wants to play ball in california, we are out of balls

why wouldn’t a broker want to do a deal if they can take their $500+ on top of it though…

Haha you never know! Check the Edmunds forum tomorrow for Aprils MF/Residual/Incentives hopefully they stay the same. Here’s the link:

Then search on Cargurus for inventory near you. Most dealers I reached out to weren’t getting anymore inventory until mid/late April.

I doubt if that residual will not drop

@Jeff_BeachCitiesAuto had a few but not for that low

I’m sure he can say it’s gone now

I have one dealer promising MSRP for incoming units but no idea when those will come in and what RV would be then

No add ons? :open_mouth:

I’ll.find out more when it’s in stock. Fingers crossed
