Bump, with lowered DAS! Initial applicant was in at the full $3,500 but could not work with PFS in a timely manner so I pulled the plug. The transfer must be initiated (not finalized) by 09/23.

*Upon agreement, I will collect a $500 deposit. That would go towards the $1.5k due to me. If the buyer backs out for any reason, the deposit will be forfeited. This is also not negotiable. I want this to be quick and painless for both of us and if you’re wanting to lock this in now and effectively take it off the market, this is the best way to demonstrate a commitment. With the initial buyer fallout, there is only one opportunity remaining to transfer per PFS rules - so this demonstrates commitment for both parties involved.
