the brokers on here that I’ve reached out either say it’s $100/month too low, or they’re not willing to work for it, or just don’t respond — I was upfront that something like this might be unlikely.

Is this deal completely unreasonable?

about the MF, I thought it was credit dependent like interest rate when financing

It is, and the dealership can still mark it up. You aren’t guaranteed buy-rate just because you have good credit. More in
