I actually drove a Rogue (I imagine it was a base version) a few months ago as a rental. It was… okay. Didn’t seem all that diff to me than the RAV4 I had as a rental several months prior.
Haven’t driven a CR-V.
I do think the hybrid engine will make this a more appealing option than is the current one.
The sheetmetal creases seem very inspired by the Hyundai “parametric” styling. I think the Mitsu has quite an elegant interior (at least in pics), and so I’m actually looking forward (sorta) to the interior reveal.

I hope that Nissan does the give-away leases w/ the next gen Rogue that they did a few yrs ago w/ the current-gen one b/c I think this could be quite a decent car….
