You might as well take down the post if you are going to have this requirement because no one in their right mind would do this on LH. It’s a Prius not a Porsche; Porsche limits transfer attempts at 2 and non-refundable deposits make more sense.

I am pretty sure you can do out of state with Toyota. I transferred my Toyota lease out of state with no issues.
