Looking to possibly lease. Haven’t seen too many Denali leases on this site. What numbers are people seeing in Texas? I haven’t started shopping. Was hoping to get some numbers as a starting point when going to the dealership.
If you look on the GMC website, under Shopping/View Inventory, it’ll give you estimated lease payments. Filtering down to a 250 mile radius of DFW, the lowest price Denali comes up at about $800/mo.(1st payment + TTL due at signing). Best I can tell, the calculator starts with the dealer’s advertised discount (on their own website) and runs the numbers from there. You can customize, add available incentives for which you qualify, etc.
The biggest variable in making these leases work is sales tax credits. If they’re still available, then you can probably make something reasonable work. Otherwise, you out about $5K in sales tax up front, or an add’l $200 to the monthly. Curious if this has come up in your dealer discussion. Please share.

Thanks for the information. I actually found 2025 courtesy vehicle and they got down to $900 without giving me specifics besides that it was 10k miles per year 36 months. They basically told me that was with every incentive they could use since its a courtesy vehicle and they were needing to get ride of it. I didn’t end up getting it though.
I have a 2024 silverado ev RST first edition I recently leased. I’m in southern california, so EVs might be in higher demand here, but I got a killer deal. 699/mo after taxes, 36 months, 36,000 miles, 0 DAS, APR of like 2.11%. I think some people were getting even less close to 560/mo.
I know the LT and RST trims weren’t selling for the Silverado, I’m not sure about the Sierra EV. I would negotiate by calling the dealer and asking for the internet sales manager. Let them know your terms and see what numbers they come back with. Always have a vehicle stock number handy per dealer and don’t be afraid to walk away.
Personally I wouldn’t put anything down on a lease so 0 DAS is always my go-to hard-no.
