2026 Porsche Cayenne — sanity check on lease numbers (high MSRP)

TX Porsche Cayenne lease-check PFS

mileage is 7,500 or 10K

Looking for a sanity check on lease expectations for a 2025 Porsche Cayenne with a high MSRP. Trying to understand what’s reasonable before pushing further or walking.

Location: TX
Credit: Tier 1 / excellent

Vehicle:
2025 Porsche Cayenne S Coupe
MSRP: ~$44k

Quote received so far

Why would you not buy this car . This is a terrible, terrible car to lease

Most Porsche leases are horrible

You could probably get 2024 S coupe for half because here you have no discount, TX tax and some addon. $3000x36 will get you a CPO.

$144k for a Cayenne? That’s insane. Maaayyyybe if it was a turbo. But an S? Good lord.

And on top of that the typical dealer junk fees added.

That was a turbo sticker like 5-6 years ago, with a few options. Also remember the new/current S they brought the 8 cylinder back into it.

Makes my $1750/mo quote for a retired loaner Taycan seem like a a steal! LOL

Get a 2023 CPO GTS or even turbo. All in you will less than 18k for 12 month lease with 15k miles.

I am working on a 2024 deal now.

If you are paying over $3k a month on a lease might as well get a Urus lol.

For a Porsche lease CPO seems to be the way to go. No discount on a $144k non-turbo Cayenne plus add-ons is insane.

There is no new car support for the 25’ model year from PFS, so they are not going to lease great. Plus, Texas has taxes on the full amount of the car. You are better off looking at a 2026 because the RV will be 10%+ better. Basically, you need the dealer to discount a 25’ over 10% to get the same price as a 26’ at MSRP.

How would you feel if this guy pulled next to you and you start talking about your “deals”?

@Andrew_PSD sold this for a mere $799 mo / $5K das just last month. Yes, it is the pre-refresh body and it is somewhat of a unicorn but do the math and decide whether your numbers make sense.

OP - is it a 2025 or 2026? Your deal sheet shows a 2026. Vin referenced and MSRP are for a 2026.
