Hello. If you don’t think a broker is providing a competitive deal, there is certainly nothing requiring to use the broker.

I do not think posters making repetitious, snarky comments are productive, and posts that continue with this theme will be landfilled.

Respectfully disagree! You have to consider the big picture: it’s a brand new (to LH) dealer who clearly has not figured out the ropes. So while the feedback is brutal it may actually help them to either change their tactics or stop wasting money on useless advertising if that’s truly the best they’re willing to do. No need to sugarcoat it.

To be fair, I ran all the numbers and assuming base MF and no adds, it comes out to around 6.7% off MSRP. Now granted, the payment is definitely not great for a vehicle like this, but I think this is just more of a case of this thing not leasing well at all. There also doesn’t appear to be too many of these around. Again, I could be wrong, but I think this is just a shitty lease.

Should have shown it as a finance deal - 6.5% off Msrp - not a bad msrp

Lexus appears to be overpricing its lease offering’s due to demand/shortages

Welcome to LH! As my local Lexus dealer and the dealer where I got a great deal on a GS350 10 yrs ago, I certainly hope you will offer competitive lease offers as Lexus is underrepresented here!

That being said, try to structure your leases as just inceptions due at signing, everything else rolled in to make it more comparable.
