This is just a PND so nothing special to write home about, but thought I’d share the data point.

Leasehackr Score: 9.5 years
For about two weeks, I started by contacting Kia and Hyundai dealers to try to make a deal with a Leasehackr score of at least 10 years. But, true to what everyone says, Kia and Hyundai dealers are very difficult to work with. Most of them just never responded to me, and the ones that did refused to quote anything unless I came in. Been doing this for over a decade and this cycle was the least fun.
Frustrated with the process, I decided to just do the PND so I could move on with my life. Not surprisingly, the PND process worked really well. Within 30 seconds of submitting the PND form, I got a call from the dealer to do the paperwork.
The funny thing is, it was the SAME freaking dealer I had been texting with all morning. It was like flipping a switch. All morning they hadn’t responded with any concrete numbers, but as soon as the PND was in play, they sent me a lease worksheet, and I was able to e-sign and pick up the car within a matter of hours. The numbers were exactly as described in the PND, so I didn’t have to do any thinking.
Huge win for the LH PND process. But I am sad I couldn’t get a better deal.
See y’all in 2 years.
Small update: while I was singing my paperwork, another SF bay area dealer responded to me and gave me a deal that was $600 less than the paperwork I just signed. If anyone is interested PM me and I’ll give you the details.
