I want to say 5% is what a broker may get, but I was satisfied with the discount provided in addition to the rebate, given that I could avoid the broker fee and shipping (no local broker I’m aware of to work with).

I’m not aware of Vistiq pricing/programs, but I feel like I’ve seen some at a cheaper effective payment than this.
