Question- Why does the lease calculator say the residual is 71%. I’ve tried most zip codes in Texas. Edmunds forum also says 77%-78%. Are we supposed to take the calculators results with a grain of salt?

Its GM family discount. not a supplier discount. before signing lease you need to apply.
How were you able to locate demo car? Manually browsing inventory? Nice work
you go to GM website and look for inventory of who has “courtesy transportation vehicle”. That is a loaner vehicle but there are some that dont have enough miles on them to get the full incentive. You have to call the dealer but generally if it has 2500+ miles you are good.
Such a great car. I have a ‘25 3X SUV. Love driving it in great weather (top down) and handles great in snow too. No issues so far. If they’re still making ‘em would love to lease another when my lease is up.
