2026 GLB 250 vs GLC 300 Lease Check – 24M/10k & 24M/7.5k – Are These Competitive?

Looking for feedback on two Mercedes lease options I’m currently comparing in NorCal

Option 1: 2026 Mercedes GLB 250 FWD

  • 24 months / 10k miles

  • $4,000 DAS

  • $230/month

Option 2: 2026 Mercedes GLC 300 4MATIC

  • 24 months / 7,500 miles

  • $4,000 DAS

  • $320/month

Dealer mentioned they may be able to improve numbers if I come in this weekend.

Questions:

  • What would be considered strong effective monthly pricing for these in the current market?

  • Any current MBFS incentives, conquest, loyalty, or MSD opportunities?

  • Is maintenance usually included or negotiable?

  • Worth adding tire/wheel or lease-end protection for a family/kid-use vehicle?

  • Are dealers discounting GLCs more aggressively than GLBs currently?

  • Would EQB/EQE leases be a better value than either of these?

I’m also cross-shopping against Mazda CX-70 PHEV and some EV lease deals, so trying to understand whether these Mercedes offers are actually competitive.

Would appreciate feedback on:

  • target discount off MSRP

  • money factor expectations

  • realistic drive-off targets

  • whether these numbers are genuinely good for 24-month terms

Neither of these quotes are competitive whatsoever. You should be able to get massive discounts on these and buy rate MF in California. Please check out Marketplace to see what the prices typically range for on 2WD and AWDs in Cali.

What is the advantage of putting so much money down with very little interest rate(MF)?
If the car will be stolen or totalled tomorrow that $4k is gone for good.

MB does not include maintenance. You can (or used to be able to) purchase a pre-paid maintenance package which (I think) can be residualized.

The Mazda is significantly bigger than either the GLB or the GLC (and the GLB and GLC, although relatively similarly sized, are also considered in different classes). I don’t know how useful it is to compare the lease deals for cars in different classes.

The rest of your questions can be answered by joining as a Super Supporter here, asking on the pertinent Edmunds lease forum, and/or pursuing the Marketplace (as suggested by another posteR). Both the GLB and the GLC are pretty common cars here.

I see similar deal on Mercedes in market place . am I missing something?

Just took a quick glance at this… GLBs for 199+tax on 7500mpy lease. Translates to roughly 219 a month on a 10k lease with 3500 driveoffs, saving a total of ~$740 total over the 2 years compared to your quote.

GLC AWD for 269 on a 7500mpy lease, saving you ~$1,700 total compared to your quote. Also, as previously suggested you could get a prepaid maintenance plan. On a two year lease, however, I suspect that they will be far more expensive than your cost of shopping around for your service.

At the very least, given the lease programs going on now, try and shoot for 25% off the GLBs and GLC loaners.
