Seems like a decent deal based on the numbers but one call out definitely check marketplace for your area to compare and signed! Are you stuck on this car? Deal wise, there are definitely betters ones to be had. Down payment seems to be high as well. If you could get that to $2500 and you really want this car, then get it.
What do you think the best deal for a car with this profile would be? CLE AMG Coupe - MSRP of $89K in SoCal. They all say they don’t heavily discount AMG’s / I heard they don’t lease well
Profile meaning comp vehicles ? Or comp MSRP? If you’re not hung up on this particular make I would check on a BMW demos in your area.
5k down on a rental is crazy. You crash that car tomorrow you’re never going to see that 5k again. 0 dollar drive off, always, with every single rental aka lease

And you still haven’t posted breakdown between actual discount and incentives as @Batistuta suggested. Probably better to retain a broker since you seem to be a bit ahead of your skis. @PlatinumMotorImports want to jump in on this one?

No Fleet on MY26 yet, but anyone hunting a 2025 should try to get the $1,500 fleet on the CLE Coupe.
BofA Diamond people probably get like $15k off. Their fleet is built different than plebian fleet.
I’m 95% sure it excludes the 53. Last time I checked it was only $500.
That sneaky zero-point font disclaimer doesn’t expressly say the offer is only for a CLE 300/450 coupe… and I don’t see it excluding the CLE 53 Coupe. Maybe someone needs to go into a MB dealer and figure out what’s up.
Also consider this offer is going to members of the American Bar Association. They’re just inviting pain if they put “CLE Coupe” on there and exclude the CLE 53 Coupe. @Bumboola already getting his fountain pen ready.
It also doesn’t say that it includes CLE AMG Coupes 
If you plug it into AAA, the incentive drops from $1500 to $500.
My disappointment is immeasurable that legal allowed this through without modifying the disclaimer to say CLE Coupe doesn’t include CLE 53 Coupe.
BTW yes you are right. $500 for 2025 MY CLE53 on AAA. Lames. But maybe ABA gets $1,500 because you know… lawyers are in the ABA and they all drive XC90s thanks to DJRabbi.
I can assure you that the smiles per mile on the 53 are worth it even without the rebates.
You’ll be glad to learn the AMG C63 gets the same $2,500 AAA Fleet as the C300 and AMG C43. So the Fleet offer for a generic $2,500 on “MY25 C-Class” is true. The AMG trim level reduction only affects CLE 53 Coupe vs CLE 300/450 Coupe.
Did you see the fine print? It says if you V8 swap the C63 the fleet incentive jumps to $5K
