Where did you get your RV and MF? Edmunds or ? You will have something in there for govt fees…reg, title, plate…so your effective down will be less…on leases you really don’t want down…just pay first, doc, title/reg/plate fees up front for DAS. MAKE OFFERS using the discount you think is achievable…

i would walk away from this deal if you have to put 4k down. only put first month down

You would probably be better off buying a Honda rather than leasing it for 36m/15k miles.
