Hello! Looking at a 36 month / 15k lease on a 2026 Civic Hybrid Sport Sedan. This offer is for a Touring trim. I know many recommend not putting much or any down on a lease but here is what I have so

Advanced payment : $325.09

Upfront charges: $240.41

DAS $3,999

Monthly Payment $325.09 Including Tax

36 months / 15k miles

VIN 2HGFE4F84TH332251

Learn how to use the below to make target lease payment/DAS offers rather than accumulate quotes.

Thanks! I have entered the data I have into the calculator and it is very close to the quote I have. Calculator

I will keep looking through the site to see if this is a good offer. Thanks!

Where did you get your RV and MF? Edmunds or ?

You will have something in there for govt fees…reg, title, plate…so your effective down will be less…on leases you really don’t want down…just pay first, doc, title/reg/plate fees up front for DAS. MAKE OFFERS using the discount you think is achievable off MSRP with incentives and base MF.

Say for example you think 8% off MSRP is achievable…make offers to dealers from the below…say you will pay 409 with 949 DAS (assuming you have a good guess for title/reg/plate, I used 300) for XXX car on a 36 mo 15K lease and I will pick up today. Or just say 409 with first, doc, plate fees as DAS.

i would walk away from this deal if you have to put 4k down. only put first month down

You would probably be better off buying a Honda rather than leasing it for 36m/15k miles.
