Based on the discount, this is a courtesy vehicle with 3,000+ miles on the odometer (OP should add this detail to the thread). Typical discount is $7.5k-$10k for higher-mileage loaner vehicles. For new/non-courtesy vehicles, Big Star Cadillac (not affiliated) has a $1 DAS lease that is $789/mo for 36 months. OP’s deal has a higher LH score but mainly due to the courtesy vehicle price reduction.

There also might be some incentive baked in besides the courtesy transportation allowance, such as conquest, and/or supplier.
Do GM dealers honor lease estimates generated on GM site?

Sometimes they do. Other times they don’t. Just depends, but worth a try.

i think they have 3k in lease cash plus the gm rewards and if you have costco 1250 for executive member. is this a texas deal. i’m interested

There is no Costco incentive on Cadillacs anymore. If you want Costco you have to buy a Chevy Blazer EV or a Volvo EX90
Cadillac IQ has Costco for purchase only but no one should purchase a CIQ anway.
