2026 BZ Lease, are incentives stackable?

In the market for an ev and been talking w several dealers for either Optiq or Lyriq. But then 2026 Bz caught my eyes when randomly checking residual in the calculator. Noted 3 things:

Mf of almost 0% Apr

Lease cash of 5k

Subvented lease incentive of 6.5k

Are both incentives stackable?

It looks like the $5k goes away when you select the subvented lease program in RateFindr, at least on the one scenario I sampled.

The RV is in the mid 40s for 36/12k for a random trim I picked from the menu.

No, they’re not. $5k is outside financing.
