Honestly new to the leasing world so not totally positive on things like cash due for someone that take it over and things like that, apologies. My payment on autopay with bmw financial services $1386 with taxes included

The car is essentially flawless and new. Have a new kid added to the family and honestly this car isn’t really working for what I’m needing now

For a transfer fee DAS swap, this isn’t a bad deal (at least not as bad as the others have said). GLWT!!

What relevance is there in comparing an EV Sedan to a V8 SUV?

As usual, there is some delusion going on here. This is effectively a $500 DAS + tax deal on a 12k per year X5 M60 lease. If anyone actually does the math instead of people who are never going to buy it reacting with nonsense like several have above, you’d see this is really not a bad deal.

Are you really providing a bullish case on a lease where you’re paying basically 50% msrp in 3 years? Cmon dude this is just a lease. No other adjectives should be used to describe it especially on a forum like lease*hackr*

? You’re not going to get this car much cheaper. The price is what it is. Ya x5s depreciate, especially v8 ones. Buying it would probably have a fairly similar TCO

Yea to shed a light on it, this was significantly cheaper than any other lease quote that i got. by a large amount. and i have zero issues with payment and i do think it’s a great deal. i need a third row and also i want to take bonus depreciation for my company vs write the lease off and this is not a car i would consider long term reliable. and yea i would be willing to cover the taxes to make the lease cheaper.

It’s not OP’s job to make BMW’s lease programs better.

This transfer is for people who want the car and would pay a good price, there are thousands upon thousands of people paying 1500/mo++ for this car.

A concept we’ve discussed many times on this forum, it’s a good deal for this specific vehicle.

Every time someone has said this to me they have overestimated the benefit of doing it. Anyway GL with everything.
