So dealers aren’t getting a certain number of allocations per month (as is the norm), BMWNA will build as many cars as there are reservations? I wonder how this will affect dealer discounts if there isn’t a limit on the number of allocations they could potentially receive? If a dealer was only receiving 2-3 allocations/month, and the demand is strong, there would be very little room for negotiations; but if allocations are now taken out of the equation, a healthy discount could be had, no?
