Been working on a bmw 740 deal in texas
Have not signed yet, dealer would not budge on the MF.
Base MF 0.0007
Maxed out to 0.00110
Toughts?
Have you looked for any comparable deals in the Marketplace?
Let the dealer have their max MF. Just have a lower selling price. Use the calculator - you’ll see that your total cost will be the same balancing out different MF and selling price.
Just to give a different perspective, even at MF 0.0011, that APR is 2.64%.
Yea, who cares if they’re marking up the MF, focus on the total deal. It’s such a waste of time and effort to try and nickel and dime them over the MF.
If you remove the MF markup that level sets the deal at around 12% pre-incentive discount. How does that compare to other deals you’ve seen in the Marketplace and Signed sections?
looks like a good deal as i dont see anyone giving tax credits this month on bmw in texas. if you could get 1% more discount MF is also covered i guess.

They called in a big favor to get lender tax credit on this, probably one of 8-10 approved statewide for the whole month.
Take the deal or someone else will.
